2. Reservations and Cancellation Policies

  • Reservations can be made online or by phone and are confirmed based on availability.
  • Cancellation of reservations can be done free of charge with at least 48 hours before check-inIn case of late cancellations or no-shows, a fee equivalent to the first night's accommodation may be charged.

3. Check-in and Check-out

  • Check-in: 14:30 – 21:00
  • Check out: 08:00 – 11:00
  • Any arrival or departure outside these times must be communicated in advance and is subject to approval by the guesthouse administrator.

4. Pension Rules

  • Smoking is prohibited in all rooms and interior spaces of the guesthouse.
  • Pets are not allowed.
  • Guests are responsible for any damage to the property during their stay.
  • Respecting quiet hours (10:00 PM – 8:00 AM) is mandatory.

5. Pricing and Payment Policy

  • The prices displayed on the website are expressed in LEI/EURO and include VAT.
  • Payment can be made in cash, by bank transfer or by bank card, depending on the methods accepted at the time of booking.

6. Personal Data Protection

We are committed to protecting the privacy of your personal data. The information provided during the reservation is used exclusively for the management of accommodation services and will not be shared with third parties without your consent, except as required by law.

7. Limitation of Liability

  • Regal Guesthouse is not responsible for the loss or damage to guests' personal belongings.
  • We do not assume responsibility for any technical problems or errors on the website.
  • We reserve the right to refuse accommodation to any person who does not comply with the established rules.
